|Since you have so much land you'll probably want to plant a cover crop such as clover or buckwheat. Both are inexpensive and flower so prolifically you'll have no problem keeping your bees at home (and collecting lots and lots of honey!) You simply broadcast the seeds over the land rather than plant individual plants.
