do I cut back the carpathian harebell to the ground in spring.or do I leave the dead plant and let new groth come up through it.thanks Dolores

You won't need to prune your creeping harebell. If the plants are getting out of control you can cut them back after they have finished flowering. New growth will emerge, as well as a second flush of blooms. Enjoy!
