|I recommend a good mixture of kentucky bluegrass and perennial ryegrass for your lawn. These grasses grow best in your area. Wait until your existing grass begins to grow before fertilizing and overseeding. Or, if you don't yet have a lawn, wait until mid to late April to seed and wait until after you've mowed your new lawn 3 times before fertilizing it.
