I have a green shrub (not sure of the name) but it is turning yellow. What should I do to get it to return to it's dark green color? thanks!

The answer really depends upon the shrub! Overwatering or soil that doesn't drain well can cause yellowing foliage, but so can a need for fertilizer or even iron. Try feeding your shrub. If that doesn't restore the green color, have the shrub identified (it may have a requirement for a specific soil acidity or alkalinity). If it has special needs, fertilizers may be bound up in the soil and not available to plant roots. In this case it may need a dose of iron. Hope it greens up soon.
