what should i do every year about my Banana trees, how should i cut them down, and how can i stimulate growth in spring faster??

You can prune your banana plant down to about a foot from ground level each spring. This will encourage healthy new growth. When the weather warms sufficiently, new growth will emerge. There's nothing you can do to make them hurry up and grow - they won't be in the mood to grow until the weather gets hot. Enjoy your landscape!
