I started seeds indoors for cucumbers, green beans, yellow squash, and bell peppers about 1 1/2 weeks ago. How long before I can transplant them outside? The cucumbers, squash, and green beans are about 6 inches tall.

Since your winter weather is reasonably mild, you can plant your veggies outdoors now. Gradually acclimate them to the sunshine by setting them first in a shady area of the garden for a few days and then moving them into more and more sunshine. Or, plant them directly in your garden and shade them from the afternoon sunshine for a few days. Best wishes with your garden.
