|I would like to weed-n-feed my lawn, but this pass winter was really rough. I do not know if my lawn is alive. The only things growing are weeds. Should I wait to see if the grass starts greening up? Or do I start my spring maintenance now that the temperature is spring-like.

|We usually recommend waiting until the lawn greens up before applying fertilizer. Once it begins to green up, it's ready to use the food you supply. In your case, with all the weeds already popping up, I'd go ahead and apply the weed and feed now. Time will tell whether or not your lawn survived the winter weather (I suspect it has) but in the meantime you will at least be controlling the weeds. Good luck with your lawn.
