I have started a few flats of Vinca seeds in darkness. The seeds have germinated and I am trying to figure out how long each day the grow lights should be left on.
Until I take the flats outside later this Spring,.. how long should the grow lights be on each day?
Thank you,

The lights should be kept on 12-14 hours each day and turned off at night. If you are using fluorescent lights, keep the lights only about 2" above the tops of the plants, moving the lights up as the plants grow. This will keep your seedlings from getting leggy. If the lights are too far away from the seedlings the seedlings will become leggy and weak. Best wishes with your seedlings.
