| the winter rain has brought many many weeds but I also have a desert tortoise who eats weeds. Is there a spray for weeds that is also safe if the tortoise eats it?? |
| I'm afraid that any weed killing product will have some residual effect and might affect your tortoise so the best approach is to hand dig the weeds, especially before they go to seed. An alternative might be to pour boiling water over the weeds to kill them off but the boiling water will also kill any vegetation it touches so be careful around your plants and your lawn.
