Grapevines are sometimes slow to begin their spring growth. You can encourage new growth by pruning them back right now. I'm not sure what's up with your apricot trees. Spring usually prompts new growth so you might want to check to make sure they're getting enough water throughout the year. Try scraping the bark from one of the branches. Green tissue just beneath the bark indicates it's still alive; brown tissue indicates it is dead. I hope the branches are still alive!
