You can create an almost instant privacy screen if you put up a trellis and grow flowering vines. Fast growing annual vines include scarlet runner beans, hyacinth bean or cypress vine. Or you can plant evergreen honeysuckle, snail vine, trumpet vine or lilac vine. Or, you can plant some privacy hedges such as wax myrtle, viburnum, serviceberry or holly. Best wishes with your landscape.
