1 to 2 mm dark brown spots on the plant's leaves? Lots of blossoms, fruit is not setting.

I think the weather has a lot to do with lack of fruit set. Don't fret - it will warm up soon and the flowers should develop fruit. If only a few leaves are affected, prune them off the plant. If lots are on all the leaves you may be dealing with a fungal infection. Copper and/or sulfur sprays can prevent further development of the fungus.
