| am new to planting anything. i live in an apartment complex and my balcony is exposed to sunlight a lot. what type of plants do you suggest i grow in pots. i live in baltimore. i will like plants that require minimal maintainance and can grow back the next year without me doing much. what is your take on me doing roses? |

The problem you'll face is that the roots will be exposed to cold winter temperatures which can kill them over the winter months.
