|Didn't get a chance to spray fruit trees with dormant oil. They are blooming now. How can I protect them from pests?

|Once your trees begin to bloom it's too late to use a dormant oil spray. Even the newer, lighter weight oils will affect the blossoms and you won't get much of crop this year. I'd take a chance and not spray anything. If you find insect pests attacking your tree or the developing fruit you can treat specifically for that insect. Best wishes with your fruit trees.
