I planted a Yoshino cherry tree from HD 3 years ago & it still has not bloomed in spring. What is wrong? Thank you.

Your flowering cherry needs full sunshine and a deep soaking once each week during the growing season. It should be mature enough to flower so if it hasn't you may want to prune it back a little to wake it up and get it to produce new stems. Flowers should appear next spring on the new growth it makes this summer. Good luck with your cherry tree!
