my 21/2yr old pie cherry tree doesn`t seem to get many blooms.Do I need another cherry tree to cross polinate? Thank you

Sour cherry trees are considered self-fruitful so you won't need another tree for pollination. I think your tree is just too young to flower profusely and to bear fruit. Give it another year or two and it should provide a nice harvest. Enjoy!
