When is the best time to prune a habiscus, i keep them indoors during the winter and take them in the springm

Pruning encourages new growth. I'd wait until after they have been outdoors for a few weeks and then prune. They will respond with lots of new stems and lots of flowers when the weather warms up. Enjoy!
