No gutters to collect rain - Knowledgebase Question

I live in a rental house that doesn't have roof gutters. There are several areas where rain could be collected in barrels. But, for the most part, your available barrels require connection to a downspout, which I don't have. What can I do to collect the rain?

Without gutters along the roof, there's no way to collect the water. If there are gutters but no downspouts, or if there are naturally low areas where the water concentrates, you can attach a chain to the roof and place it in the rainbarrel. The water will follow the chain and flow into the barrel. Hope this works for you!
