I BROUGHT A BIRD OF PRADISE PLANT AND I PLANT IT IN MY FLOWER BED BUT IT SEEMS TO BE TURNING A LITTLE BROWN ON THE TIPS OF THE LEAVES I JUST PLANT IT ON 3/20/2010 WILL THEY DO THIS BECAUSE I JUST PLANT THE FLOWER OR IS SOMETHING WRONG WHEN.

What you're seeing is probably a little transplant shock. As your bird of paradise establishes itself it should perk up. The browning tips can indicate lack of sufficient moisture or too much moisture so be careful with watering. Soak the soil and then allow it to dry out slightly between waterings.
