How can I effectivly lower soil ph from 7.5 to 6.5 on a section of lawn that is 2500 sq. feet. The area of the country is Jax. Fla.

Sulfur will lower the pH, but not quickly and not as much as you'd like with a single application so you'll need to apply, wait a few months and then test your soil's pH again. Use 5 to 10 pounds of sulfur per 1,000 square feet per application.
