bought a bare root rose, two weeks doesnt show any sign of growth yet.Does it take this long? should i do anything?should i check something?

A bareroot rose is dormant and will remain dormant until the soil and air temperatures warm up. I think It's still a little early in the spring for you to see growth. Give your rose another 3-4 weeks to wake up and start growing. Best wishes with your roses!
