I live at 21784 in Maryland and I just bought a small hydrangea. I plan to plant it in a pot on my balcony. When can I plant it outside?

Your average last frost date is about the last week of April so you'll want to keep your hydrangea indoors for another few weeks to keep it from freezing. Best wishes with your new plant!
