I have an East facing bedroom window and a south facing window about 3.5 feet wide. Will this be enough sunlight for a weeping fig tree?

Either exposure will be just fine for your weeping fig. They will adjust to growing in bright light (no direct sunlight) to moderate and even low light situations indoors. The keep to keeping yours healthy is to allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. If your plant is small you can tell whether or not it needs watering by picking up the pot. If it's heavy, the soil is moist enough; if it is lightweight, it's time to water. Best wishes with your weeping fig.
