I have two 5 gallon outdoor planters that receive sunlight half of the day. What flowering perennial do you suggest I can plant? Thanks!

You can plant lots of colorful annuals and perennials in a partly sunny spot. Some to consider include Astilbe, Baptisia, Begonia, Candytuft, Columbine, Dicentra (bleeding heart), Foxglove, Hellebore, Daylilies, Liatris, Hosta, Lobellia, Shasta daisies and pansies. Enjoy your containerized garden!
