| I have asparagus that's in its eighth year. It has always been bountiful until this spring,as there is NO evidence of growth that has always been apparent by now. Opinon? Thx |
| I'd be curious enough to dig up one of the asparagus crowns to see what's going on. Asparagus plants last 10-15 years so old age didn't set in, but there may be some root problems (insects, root rot, etc.) that's keeping them from sprouting, or perhaps the temperatures have been colder or warmer than normal. Wish I could shed some light on the problem! |
