Animal resistant flowers and shrubs - Knowledgebase Question

I am looking for a list of deer resistant plants, the last thing I planted was 5 densiformis yew, they eat the new growth as fast as it grows. We also haave wild rabbit and racoon, are they a problem as well? Thanks for the help, Millie Ayers

Here's a list of plants deer do not usually bother, but keep in mind that hungry deer will eat almost anything, so your mileage may vary. What deer eat depends upon what else is available, and what the competition is in the neighborhood. There's no list of rabbit or raccoon resistant plants so you might need to cage your plants or try some of the foul tasting deterrents such as Ropel or Deer Away. Hope this work for you.
