I have a loropetalum that I would like to relocate to another area. It of course is bluming, and want to know if it is o.k. to transplant at this time. Thank you.

If you move it now while it is flowering, the stress of being moved will probably retard flowering for about a month. If you can wait until it has stopped blooming and move it, you won't miss the flowering period. If flowering isn't important to you, it won't hurt your plant to move it now. Best wishes with the move.
