My soil on a hm soil test kit. - Knowledgebase Question

The Nitrogen level is high in my soil based on home kit. My Phosphorous level is low and th Potash level is low. Im not sure what I need to do to improve my soil???

The results indicate that your soil has plenty of nitrogen (which encourages lush, green top growth), but needs phosphorous and potassium. The 3 major fertilizer nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium) are listed on fertilizer packages. All you need to do when feeding your plants is find a fertilizer low in nitrogen and high in phosphorous and potassium. Look for 5-10-10 or 0-10-10 or similar ratio of NPK on the fertilizer package. Hope this clarifies things for you.
