|Passion vines do not need to be pruned on a regular basis, but they are vigorous vines so pruning them back in the winter or early spring can help you maintain control over the plants. If the tops of your plant are dead, go ahead and prune them off. You should see new growth from the crown or roots when the weather stays consistently warm this spring. Best wishes with your passion vine.
