Rhodedendron - Knowledgebase Question

I have a rhodedendron in the shade and it looks horrible! What can I do for it. Given to me by a friend and I don't want to lose it...

Most rhododendrons need at least a few hours of morning sunshine in order to perform well. I'd move the plant to a site that gets morning sun and filtered afternoon light. After it has flowered you can prune it back and then move it to a better location. Good luck with your rhodie!
