Would you, please tell me, when is the best time for planting Gladiolus, Iris, Dahlia, Peony, Caladium and Rhubarb in Clevelad Ohio area??? Can I leave them in the ground for winter??? Thank you, Hana

Your soil should be warm enough to plant in early May. Glads, iris, peony and rhubarb can remain in the ground but dahlia and caladium should be dug and stored over the winter months.
