I bought a Hosta hybrid plant. But i am wondering if they will thrive indoors in containers in zone 7 through the year

Hostas are outdoor plants. They won't perform well indoors for you and they die down at the end of the summer so the roots can rest. They send up new leaves in the springtime and look beautiful until late summer. You can keep yours outdoors in a pot or planted in the ground.
