I live in S.W. Florida, when is a good time to plant carrots?

Carrots prefer growing in cool weather and should be planted anytime between September and March in southwest Florida. It's a little late - but probably not too late to plant a crop now. Save some seeds, though, and plant again in September for harvest next spring.
