My husband and I had planted a mulberry tree and we were wondering how can you tell what type of tree wether it be black or white mulberry. All we now is that it's a weeping mulberry. The 2nd question is how do you tell when the fruits are coming? Do they get flowers before the fruits? or do they just leaf up and the fruits come?

A weeping mulberry tree is almost always Morus 'Alba' or white mulberry. Your tree will produce flowers and then fruits will develop from the flowers. You may have to wait another year or two for your tree to mature before it will flower and set fruit. Enjoy!
