Herb Garden trouble - Knowledgebase Question

I planted an herb garden around the end of March and it's not doing very well. I planted them in a seed starting kit. I water them when the soil feels a little dry and when it's sunny out I leave them outside. When its not sunny I put them under fluorescent light. Over the past week I noticed that the leaves on all of the plants are turning a yellow color and look like they are dying. Why?

Inspite of all your efforts, I think your plants are suffering - either they need to be fed or the soil is too wet. Try feeding with a half strength dilution of a water soluable fertilizer (Miracle Gro, Peter's, etc.) Hope they perk up soon!
