I have a flower bed under a tree in my yard, what would be the best kinds of plants to grow?

Some annuals to consider would include impatiens, coleus, begonias, and caladium. Some easy perennials to consider would include hosta, ferns, pulmonaria, and astilbe. All grow best in the shade.
