I'm growing tomatillos from seed for the first time and it's time to transplant the seedlings into a larger container. Should I bury the stem like I do for tomatoes or should I transplant at the same level they're growing at now? Thanks for your help.

Set them at the same soil level as they are growing now. Tomatillo plants will not develop underground roots the way tomato plants will and burying the stems will cause rot. When you handle your plants, handle them by the leaves, not the stems. If a leaf is accidentally crushed in the transplant process, new leaves will develop. If you crush the stem, the plant will die. Best wishes with your tomatillos.
