My bulbed plants have or are blooming now.Can I transplant them now or do I have to wait til they are done? Thank you!

You can cut off the flower stems but you should wait until the foliage dies down on its own. The leaves are busy transporting carbohydrates back to the bulbs for next year's bloom. If you interrupt the process they may fail to bloom next year. The roots are still busy underground, as well. It will be best for your bulbs if you wait until they are dormant before digging and transplanting them.
