I have a small garden where i planted tomatoes last year that got blight. Can I reuse this garden for some other vegetables, or does it need to be abandoned?

You can plant anything except tomatoes (or members of the nightshade family) in that part of the garden. Move your tomatoes, eggplant, potatoes and peppers to another area of the garden - just in case disease pathogens are still lurking in the soil. Be sure to grow the most disease resistant tomatoes you can find (the plant tag will list whether or not the tomato variety is bred to resist diseases). Good luck with your garden!
