|There are Mosquito dunks that are used in outdoor ponds that you might be able to use but the easiest remedy is to dump the water out every other day and replace it with fresh water. Since the plants are outdoors you should be able to flood the dish with water from the hose to rinse away any mosquito eggs. Do this every other day to make sure the eggs can't hatch into new mosquitoes.
