|Are there any use for used potting soil from last year ,such as adding to new soil reuseing,or use as compost in vegtable & flower gardens.

|I'd reuse the potting soil. Dump it out of the planters or pots and mix in some fresh potting soil, then refill your containers or planters. Potting soil is composed of organic matter (peat and compost) plus perlite. You can reuse it until it completely decomposes. I always add some new to the old - to freshen it up a bit.
