My neighbors dogs wizz through my fence on my plants. Is there a way to stop this? The neighbors don't care and know this is a problem.

I can't think of any way to stop the dogs so you may end up having to put a barrier on your side of the fence. Dogs usually use the same spots to relieve themselves so try tacking a plastic barrier onto the fence or setting a large stone between the fence and the plant to deflect the urine. Dog urine will kill grass but usually won't harm the soil. If you think it might be concentrating in a specific area you can sprinkle the area with lime and work the lime into the soil to restore the soil's pH. Hope this helps!
