|I have about a dozen Hibiscus that went through an extremely rare 10 freezes this winter. I was able to scratch a bit of green near the ground surface so I cut them to that level asuming they would come back. Its been about 3 weeks since I cut them back and there is no sign of life yet. Will the come back or is it a lost cause?

|If you see green at the bases of your hibiscus, there's still hope that they will recover. I know they're slow to show new growth but I think they're gathering strength and waiting for really warm weather. They love the heat. I'd be patient with them a little longer. I think they will recover in May. If not, you can replace them with healthy new plants.
