Winter-flowering groundcovers and vines that will perform well in your coastal garden include Gelsemium sempervirens (Carolina Jessamine), Hardenbergia, Jasmine, and winter honeysuckle. Some small shrubs include Daphne, heather, and Viburnum tinus. Enjoy your garden!
