|Sounds like transplant stress and lots of newly planted trees and shrubs can go though a stressful period for a few weeks. Just water your tree deeply once or twice a week. When the roots establish themselves the wilting will stop and new growth will appear. Even if the tree drops all its leaves, it's early enough in the spring for it to leaf out again. Best wishes with your cherry tree.
