i got and planted Zinnia seeds early April. Though all have successfully sprouted, the seedlings now appear to be in growth arrest. They dont seem to be developing any additional leaves apart from the early 2 leaves. Are they not getting enough sunlight? They are placed in the west facing window and i use artificial incandescent light in the morning (AgroSun 60 watt bulbs).

Arrested development is either due to cool temperatures (zinnias like summertime!) or insufficient light. Your supplemental lighting need to be kept on long enough to provide your seedlings with about 14 hours of bright light a day. Check to make sure how much light they are getting and increase the artificial light to make up the difference. Hope this information helps.
