What are the best flowering trees to plant in North Dallas? thx rk

There are many! Magnolia, redbud, orchid tree (Bauhinia lunarioides), dogwood, Texas Mountain Laurel, Rusty Blackhaw Viburnum (Viburnum suspensum), American Smoke Tree, Crape Myrtle and Texas Olive are all hardy in north Texas and all produce seasonal flowers. Enjoy!
