I started lettuce, tomatoes and peppers inside weeks ago. They are now pretty big. Is it safe to plant outside yet and if not do I need to re-pot?

Your seedlings need to develop 3-4 sets of leaves before they will be mature enough to go outdoors. I'd repot them and keep them in for another 3-4 weeks. By then all danger of frost will gone and you can safely plant them outdoors.
