The back of my yard, which is the south side and slightly shaded, floods during hard rains and will stay moist/wet for a while. I have tried some shrubs in the past and they did not survive. Ferns and Hosta do well there and I have had a hydrangea live but I was wondering what other shrub will live in standing water to moist soil and then possible dry soil in summer.
