| I am ready to purchase a hedge trimmer as I have several bushes to maintain. What would you recommend...electric, gas, etc. A couple of bushes are tall and bushy and I would like to trim them back and maintain. Others are short, flowering bushes. Is there one in particular you would recommend. Thank you. |
| I've had experience with both and while the electric trimmers are a little lighter (in terms of weight) they aren't as efficient as the gas powered trimmers. Plus, there's the bother of constantly moving the cord so you don't cut through it. All in all, the electric trimmers take more work to accomplish the same feats as the gas powered trimmers.
